Description

• Graphium anthedon is a butterfly of the family Papilionidae, that is found in the Sunda Islands in the Malay Archipelago
• These specimens are useful to use for their wings (for artwork, fairy dolls, jewelry) or to use as a teaching tool. They are also very fragile and should be handled with care
• If you would like to spread your butterfly for mounting, there are a few guides that will turn up if you search how to hydrate butterflies to spread their wings
• You will receive one preserved graphium milon anthedon butterfly similar to the reference specimen
• Each butterfly is roughly 1.25-7.5″ unspread. Please keep in mind that these specimens are dried and unspread (as shown in the first picture), meaning the wings are closed and will need to be hydrated to be mounted spread out (shown in the second picture)
