• Lambis scorpius, common name the scorpion conch or scorpion spider conch, is a species of large sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Strombidae, the true conches
• Found singly amongst or under boulders and dead coral slabs over shallow coastal reefs rich in coral growth. They feed nocturnally on benthic filamentous algae
• These are natural shells so variations in color, pattern and size should be expected
• You will receive one spider scorpion conch shell similar to the reference specimens
• Can range in size from approximately 4-5″ long measured at the longest points and roughly 2″ wide and 1″ deep when laid flat
